Responsive Repairs

We undertake all request for repairs and maintenance (responsive) via a priority system.
You can report issues or request a repair by phone on 8210 7010, email us at, visit us in person or online.

We provide planned and responsive maintenance to ensure your home is secure and meets community housing standards.
All our contractors are required to have current police clearances.

Planned Maintenance

We undertake regular planned maintenance on all its properties. This includes checking smoke alarms annually.
