Camden Park

Stage 2 is complete on Junction’s $20 million new housing development at Camden Park.

In collaboration with Buildtec Group, the project comprises 54 architecturally-designed new homes located on Anzac Highway.

The Camden Park development was initiated through a Renewal SA EOI and is being delivered in partnership with the South Australian Housing Authority.

The Avenues

Mitchell Park

Located on the corner of Thirza and Walter Avenues, construction is now complete on 30 new homes at The Avenues at Mitchell Park.

The Avenues was a $13 million development collaboration between Junction and Palumbo Construction as part of the South Australian State Government’s Renewing our Streets and Suburbs initiative.
