Sonia’s career in housing and human services spans more than 30 years. Working in the private and public sectors, she has extensive experience delivering operational tenancy management, community development and services.

Specialising in leading integrated models and fostering collaboration between stakeholders, Sonia was a key contributor to the creation of MAPS (Multi-Agency Protection Service) in 2014, supporting partnering South Australian agencies to share concerns, information to reduce risk and increase early intervention. She has also led the operational delivery significant tenancy transfers, several associated with multi-million dollar developments and initiatives.

Motivated to deliver best practice and high performance structures and cultures, Sonia is committed to ensuring agency for staff, people in our housing, neighbourhoods and communities.
