Pauline Rooney

Pauline joined the Board in April 2014 as a result of the merger between Junction Housing and The Women’s Housing Association of which she was President.
She is currently a director on the board of Water Stewardship Australia and has served as President of the Real Estate Institute of SA, National Chair of the First National Group of Agents and Presiding Member of the Women’s Advisory Council for SA as well as serving as director on many state and regional art, education and business boards.
Pauline has a passion for bringing improvements to rural family life and standards of business service for more than 35 years. She holds an MBA and Diploma in Education and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has experience in financial management, marketing & sales, property development & investment, real estate, small business management, strategic leadership and training.
