Matt Clemow

A leader in social housing policy and affordable housing development, Matt Clemow is an authority in the construction, financing and development parameters of a project, and the appetite and capability of the community services sector.
Matt has held multiple senior roles in state government for almost a decade, with oversight of projects such as the ground-breaking social reform in the Mullighan Inquiry (child protection), the formation of the Urban Renewal Authority and the rollout in South Australia of the Nation Building Stimulus Package (Social Housing).
Since co-forming and running two private consultancy practices in 2014, Matt has provided advice to the Victorian, ACT and Queensland Governments, been an approved NHFIC consultant and been involved in landmark projects such as the Melbourne Metro.
He is the project lead on the Oaklands Park Social Housing Renewal Project – South Australia’s largest social housing renewal project in more than two decades – with both commercial and not-for- profit investors.
