Fairlie Delbridge

Fairlie Delbridge is a Director of Cminus Sustainable Spaces, a unique business focused on facilitating strategic, innovative and sustainable outcomes in the built environment through its consultancy and development capabilities. Her previous role was General Manager of Strategy and Innovation at Renewal SA.
Fairlie has also enjoyed a diverse industry-spanning career, working with international brands such as Coca Cola and McDonalds, and in retail banking and commercial property development. In December 2020, Fairlie was appointed Chair of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA).
Fairlie is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate Fellow of the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship in Ethics & Leadership. She was also a Commissioner of the inaugural South Australian Planning Commission, Deputy Chair of Scotch College Council and a former non-executive Director of Unity Housing.
Fairlie believes that the provision of housing and services is key to people’s wellbeing and critical to their ability to thrive.
She is married with four children, enjoys keeping fit and has a zest for learning.
