Construction has commenced on Junction’s $37 million affordable housing development at Charles Street, West Lakes. The six-storey complex will comprise 60 affordable apartments.

Delivered by Junction in partnership with Commercial & General and Tandem, the project is supported by the Federal Government through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF).

It is scheduled for completion in late 2026.
