Work is underway on Junction’s $15 million affordable housing project in St Clair. The development will deliver 40 affordable homes.

The initiative is being delivered in collaboration with PEET and has received support from the Federal Government through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF).

Completion is anticipated in late 2025.
