Tony Cole
Head of Property and Finance
Tony has extensive executive experience in property development through a range of roles including development management and delivery, operations, finance and acquisitions.
Joining Junction from Renewal SA, where he was General Manager, Major Projects and Pipeline, Tony was responsible for setting up a new Pipeline team and undertaking acquisitions and sales of Renewal SA assets. He oversaw the sale of the old Le Cornu site on Anzac Highway and the land to Villawood that is now trading as Oakden Rise. Tony and his team also worked on multiple acquisitions including the development of Festival Plaza and Lot Fourteen.
Before that, Tony was Business Development Director for Lendlease responsible for acquisitions and growth across Victoria and Western Australia and acted as State Regional Development Manager with oversight of a range of large-scale master planned communities in Victoria. He was also responsible for reporting on the financial and operational performance of the Lendlease Western Australia investment portfolio as the State Finance Manager and undertook a dual role as Acquisitions Manager.
Tony is passionate about organisational culture and the development of people. He firmly believes organisations are only has strong as their people and success can only be achieved through a driven and engaged team, who are valued and add value.
Tony will commence in February 2023.
