Annette Fidge
Board Director
Annette is a senior executive with more than 30 years’ experience in organisational leadership, service design, business transformation & growth strategies, and performance improvement.
She has worked with a number of large non-profits in services delivery and infrastructure to deliver social impact. In 2025 she joined the Social Impact Hub Fellowship, a national transformative program for changemakers driving greater social and environmental impact.
Previously a Partner at Ernst & Young, her experience spans both the private and public sectors and state government departments working with executives and Boards, and their C-suite bringing leadership skills to co-design quality outcomes and unlock value for organisations through strong governance, performance and capability.
Annette also has a background in high performance in sport and has been a national level sports coach and administrator for over 20 years. She is an accredited High-Performance Coach through the Australian Sports Commission and is a participant in the Sport SA Marjorie Jackson-Nelson Centre for Women’s Sport Program that supports and empowers female athletes, coaches, officials, administrators, volunteers and board members to play, lead and contribute to the game for future generations.
Annette holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Annette is currently an independent board director for Celsus Securitisation, Hutt Street Centre, the Education Advisory Committee for Scotch College, Adelaide and the Business School Advisory Board for Flinders University in South Australia.
