Oaklands green
The Oaklands Park Renewal Project, is an initiative to redevelop and rebuild social housing, as well as create new private housing and improve the area. This includes new parks, roads and laneways.

The project is being delivered by Housing Renewal Australia in partnership with us.
Most of the social housing in the area will be replaced and 400 new houses built and sold. There will be no reduction of social housing.
To enable the project, the South Australian Housing Authority has transferred the property and tenancy management of identified public housing previously managed by SAHA within the precinct, to Junction.
