This year, first and foremost, our appeal is centred on something that costs nothing – kindness.

How to help?

• Invite someone, who would otherwise be on their own, for Christmas lunch
• Leave a Christmas card or note in their letterbox
• Help a neighbour with a garden chore or household task
• Volunteer with a community organisation

If you are in a position to support South Australian families struggling to make ends meet this Christmas, we will, of course, gratefully receive donations which will go directly to our clients.
