From undertaking our surveys to running community events, we want our tenants to feel empowered, connected to the community and involved in what’s going on!
Everyone has unique life experiences, skills, talents, interests and capacities. By getting involved in your local community or with us, you have the opportunity to contribute your uniqueness to improving everyday life for you, your family and your community. When you provide feedback and ideas about how Junction Australia can improve the services we provide, other tenants can benefit too.
There are many ways you can get involved with Junction Australia and with your local community. Here are just some of them:
The Tenant Connect Newsletter is a newsletter that goes out to our 2,000+ tenants each season. It includes a range of information, community activities and stories from our tenants and staff, and we are always looking for new stories and ideas! If you have something you'd like to see in the newsletter, or a story to contribute, we'd love to hear from you!

Please phone (08) 8275 8700 or email email@example.com.
Feedback can be provided to our team, including compliments, complaints or suggestions by heading to our Feedback page. You can also fill out a Feedback Form and return it to our offices, provide your Tenancy Officer with feedback or complete our Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
Throughout the year Junction Australia organise local programs, activities and events for our tenants and community members to be involved in. This includes family days, neighbourhood parties and more. If you've even got an idea for an event just let us know! You can keep updated via the Tenant Connect Newsletter, our website and our Facebook page.
There are many ways you can find out what's going on in your local area. Message boards and information are often available at your local council, library, community centre or church - even the supermarket! Even your newspaper may include information about what's coming up, or have a chat with a neighbour!
At the Tenant Connect Meetings you can meet our staff, other tenants and community members. It is an opportunity to share ideas and suggestions for improvement of our services, and even plan and develop community building and serving programs, activities and events for your local area.
