Providing Feedback

To provide us with your feedback, compliments or complaints, you can either:

  • Visit us in person at our offices

  • Submit your feedback online using the online Feedback Form below.

How will my feedback be handled?

All feedback is brought to the attention of the relevant Manager. If the feedback includes a complaint or suggestion, the relevant Manger will determine the person best placed to assess the issue raised.

  • You will be kept informed of the progress of your complaint throughout the process.
  • We will provide you with a response in an efficient, fair and timely manner.
  • The information you provide will only be used by Junction Australia to assess and resolve your complaint.
  • All information provided will remain confidential, subject to any legislative reporting requirements.
