Providing Feedback

To provide us with your feedback, compliments or complaints, you can either:

How will my feedback be handled?

All feedback is brought to the attention of the relevant Manager. If the feedback includes a complaint or suggestion, the relevant Manger will determine the person best placed to assess the issue raised.

  • You will be kept informed of the progress of your complaint throughout the process.
  • We will provide you with a response in an efficient, fair and timely manner.
  • The information you provide will only be used by Junction to assess and resolve your complaint.
  • All information provided will remain confidential, subject to any legislative reporting requirements.
