At Junction we take volunteering very seriously and ensure that our volunteers are given positions that are meaningful and worthwhile – roles that really contribute to the important work we do. We offer opportunities to work in a diverse range of services.
The benefits of volunteering with Junction include:
To become a Junction volunteer you will need to either have or undertake a Criminal History clearance and attend relevant and important training such as Child Safe Environments.
All new volunteers receive a full induction into working at Junction. We encourage our volunteers to participate in the life of the organisation in the same way as our paid staff – attending our annual conference, Christmas lunch, training and professional development.
