Strategic Plan
Junction Australia’s Strategic Plan sets out our direction and goals of the organisation through to 2020. This Strategic Plan aims to better address the needs of our clients and tenants, and how we as an organisation should position ourselves moving forward. The Plan aims to stabilise and strengthen our organisation after a period of significant growth, identify innovative service opportunities and have a greater focus on outcomes.
We will work towards achieving three key goals:
