Ian has held leadership positions for over 15 years in both Corporate and ‘For Purpose’ organisations. He is collaborative in style and enjoys building, leading and working in high performing teams to achieve exceptional and innovative outcomes.

Ian is a true ‘all-rounder’ with skills in Finance, ICT, Strategy, Innovation, Governance, Leadership, Marketing & Communications, Mergers & Acquisitions and Operations. He is at his best in a multi-disciplinary environment where he can draw on nearly three decades of accumulated business knowledge and learnings.

Ian is responsible for Junction's Corporate Services functions and teams which includes ICT & Information Systems, Marketing & Communications, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, Risk as well as organisation wide initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), is a Chartered Loss Adjuster (Fellow) as well as a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
