Welcome Survey

Between 13 October 2017 and 10 November 2017, our newest tenants through the 2017 SA Housing management transfers are invited to participate in our Welcome Survey.

By understanding your experience in your home during the last 12 months, we can plan how best to provide you with quality housing services into the future.

Participation in the Welcome Survey is completely voluntary, and those invited to participate will receive a letter of invitation. The letter of invitation should reach eligible households at or around 13 October 2017, and participants will have the choice to complete and return a paper version of the survey by post or complete the survey online.

To complete the survey online, you will need to enter the 4-digit Password when prompted. You can find your 4-digit password on your letter of invitation which you will receive by post. If you cannot locate your letter of invitation, you can contact our People and Places team by phoning (08) 8275 8700 or by emailing peopleandplaces@junctionaustralia.org.au.
