The Strategic & Asset Services team are committed to providing excellent service. We pride ourselves on maintaining our homes to a very high standard. In return, we expect our tenants to do the same.

The Strategic & Asset Services (SAS) Portfolio aims to provide the following for all tenants housed within Junction Australia (JA) property portfolio:

  • To improve the management, maintenance, long term sustainability and viability of JA assets so that JA are able to continue to provide housing for low and moderate income households.
  • To ensure that any maintenance requirements are attended to in a priority order and the work is carried out by qualified (where legislation requires) and professional contractors.

When you have a maintenance issue at your property, you have three ways to report it to us:

1. Email maintenance@junctionaustralia.org.au
2. Write to Junction Australia, 168 Greenhill Rd, Parkside SA 5063
3. Phone the Maintenance Hotline on (08) 8210 7000. 

You may receive a phone call to provide feedback on the work performed and the contractor. We appreciate your help in monitoring the standards of work performed adn services provided. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any issues.
