Junction Australia provides tenants with the opportunity of providing written feedback at least once per year. 

Tenants receive a feedback questionnaire by mail and can chose to send the questionnaire back with or without their name and address noted on the questionnaire. 

Tenants are welcome to provide feedback at any other time either by phone, face to face, letter or by downloading a copy of the feedback questionnaire and returning it to Junction Australia.
